Wow I was not disappointed after stopping here to eat! Excellent latte, service and nice people who cared that I was here after a flat tire. I loved the omelette with sun-dried tomatoes and hollandaise, a pancake on the side, so good!

We eat at Merlin’s at least once a week—sometimes more—and it’s always a great experience. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and served hot, no matter what we order. Check this place out if you're in the area. My Mom and I were on our way back from Mille Lacs. She suggested it, she had been there before. I had a BLT, well a BL, not a tomato fan. It had crispy fried , the sourdough bread was toasted, so good! Came with steak , yummy! Very friendly and family oriented.

Great spot for breakfast. Had a good diner food and coffee! I got the corned beef and hash and I really liked that it was crispy.

Pleasing family diner. I ordered the chicken fiesta soup and sandwich. Lots of chicken in the soup so it felt like a solid meal. My husband ordered the "One A Day" which was 1 pancake, 2 strips of bacon and 1 egg. Delicious. The pancake was a bit under cooked and the server took that portion off the charge which was a very customer friendly thing to do, though we didn't actually request it. Service was quick, dining was pleasant. It's a quick stop off 169 in Princeton, on your way to the cabin, for a pleasant breakfast or lunch. They also have a variety of coffee and pastries.

Family meeting for breakfast. Everyone had something different and everyone loved what they had. Food came out hot and portions were good size. Coffee blend was good eggs were cooked the right way. No complaints, we'll be back for more.

Stopped in for breakfast a couple of days ago. Was really busy (about 9 AM), but I found a small table. Had the Florentine omelet, which was quite good! Service was great! Would definitely go back if in that area again.

This is a great place for breakfast. They have all the breakfast options. We had a small bus group of seniors going to Merlin's and they had a table ready for us when I called and asked only 30 minutes before we arrived. Most of the food is excellent and they do have a senior menu. Only negatives was 2 people in the group their food was cold by the time they got it. The scrambled eggs are flat and I prefer mine fluffy. They did accommodate everyone with their little differences in his they wanted things, for example one wanted their bacon crispy and another one wanted it not crispy. Checkout the giant Carmel and cinnamon rolls. Update: they added another room which was great for our larger group of people. Same great food and service.
